Fema has announced that the theme for national preparedness month in september of 2024 will focus on empowering asian american, native hawaiian and pacific islander (aanhpi) communities to act today to. Fema is proud to announce the release of the national resilience guidance (nrg) and webinars that will provide an overview of the nrg and the supplemental resilience resources also available.
The completion of the 2024 national level exercise comes as fema marks the beginning of national preparedness month in september. Fema received significant bipartisan support from congress through the unprecedented investment for its mitigation programs.
